There has been 16 years of research leading up to this product. According to the company, ASEA is “the first and only stable, perfectly balanced mixture of these reactive molecules that exists outside the body and can be used to help maintain proper balance inside the body to support the immune system and healing process.”

One of the main complaints going around the internet right now is that it’s just overpriced salt water.  The product is actually made up of saline and water. So how is it any different than regular salt water? According to their website, the solution must go through a complex electrochemical process that takes several days to complete. The process includes tightly controlled parameters including temperature, concentration and flow. All of this is supposed to create a stable form of the reactive molecules so that it can benefit your body.

The company offers two different customer prices for ordering ASEA—as of the date of this article. One case contains four 32 ounce bottles of ASEA. The retail price is $150 per case. The preferred price is $120 per case. In order to get the preferred price, the customer must be on an autoship program.

ASEA is a direct marketing company. Their business starter kit is $30.00. In addition, at least one case of the product needs to be ordered—at the price of $120.00. There are seven ways to get paid in ASEA, including team commissions, check match, director’s bonus, fast start bonus, leadership pool, preferred customer bonus, and retail commissions. In order to earn commissions, the distributer must maintain 100 PV (personal volume) per month.  ASEA has a binary compensation plan, which means it is made up of two legs.

ASEA is a legitimate company with strong, knowledgeable leadership. The science behind the production of the product is complex, and complex science can yield positive results from very simple ingredients. The real test will be to take the product yourself to find out if you get any results. The compensation plan offers many ways to get paid, and a binary compensation plan is a good way to go.

MLM Success can be greatly deterred by how you allow fear to control your thoughts and actions. Are you letting fear stop you?

Is your dream out of the realm of the typical, average world? To achieve your dream, you have to be atypical: You have to be willing to be different than the rest of the people you associate with. This far-reaching dream of yours will require moving out of your comfort zone. Are you willing to do that? You must move out of your comfort zone, even though you feel the fear of failure at times, and work through that fear until you come out on the other side.

Of course, having a short-cut and being able to avoid the fear would be great! But there is no way to bypass it. You must go through the fear, and by doing this you will grow as a person and as an entrepreneur. The fear of public speaking is common. This fear can also be overcome with enough practice and courage. Imagine going on stage for the very first time. This can be very frightening for some people. But if those same people were giving their 100^th public speech that fear would most likely be subdued by that point.

When you feel paralyzed by fear, make sure you work through that fear with action. Sometimes fear can paralyze a person and stop them in their tracks. They may think that it is better to avoid feeling that fear than to possibly fail. When you have that thought, you are at the crossroads: the crossroads of your possible success or your definite failure. Which path will you choose?

Fear of rejection can hinder your business endeavors. When you fear the rejection of others, you are focusing too much on what other people think of you. Many questions pop into your mind when you have this fear:

What will they think of me?

What if they think I will fail?

What if they think I’m doing the wrong thing?

What if they don’t like me?

That’s just a sampling of the many phrases that go through your mind if you fear rejection or criticism. You must ask yourself why you are letting the opinion of others trump the way you see yourself. The way you see yourself is more important than how others see you. You need to have tunnel vision in this respect.

To combat this fear of rejection you should build your own self-confidence. Write out a plan to reach a higher level of confidence in yourself. You need to be proud of who you are—this will put a buffer against that fear of rejection.

Fear can come in many forms, but when we identify it we can work on it. Don’t run from your dreams. Stand up for them and work through the fear. Eventually you will achieve success.

Many years ago, it was practically unheard of to see young men and women in network marketing.  I am referring to the early 70s when the popularity of network marketing was not at an all time high like it is now.

The Generation Y Phenomenon…

If you haven’t heard, Dakota Rea is another young network marketer (23 years of age) and has a MASSIVE empire of 20,000 distributors.  Young entrepreneurs like Dakota and Matthew is what I love about our industry.  If you’re young and looking to start your own business, then you need to really connect with Matthew because he and other young marketers are taking over the market.

Ironically, the skateboarding Mecca does not have the same results for all of its members.  Some skateboarders fall victim to drugs, partying and  many self-defeating acts that could destroy many people.  Furthermore, many skateboarders quit shortly after they have gotten started at a very young age because they do not have the many attributes that I stated above.  But Matthew did not fall prey to these problems mostly introduced from peers.

Just two short years ago, Matthew was struggling in life not knowing what he really wanted to do, until someone on his college campus introduced him to the  network marketing industry.  This was the first experience Matthew had with the industry, and it really got him excited.  After he made 500 dollars in his first week of network marketing, he was ecstatic.  This  was more money than he had ever made in his job, and it sparked the entrepreneurial spirit in him.

But similar to many people’s first experience, he did exactly what his upline told him to do.  He did all of the old school methods and made his precious list of loved ones pitching them on his business and products until their ears or his lips fell off.   It was not too long after that Matthew knew something had to be better than the way he was doing it.  He then turned to the internet just like so many young men and women do; they turn to technology.  Go figure.

After several years in business, XELR8 Board of Directors made a final decision to put an axe to their distributors’ commissions and compensation plan.   An official letter was released to all XELR8 distributors early last week outlining the details of the compensation plan termination and scheduled date of the release of the new compensation plan.  Distributors have until February 28^th to make their final sales and accrue bonuses which will thereafter be discontinued.  A story like this is not uncommon in our field.  So what question does an unexpected change like this raise for XELR8 distributors?

Do they have a business model that can survive a major change like this? I would bet that MOST of XELR8 distributors do not have a funded proposal method of doing business.  And most probably do not have multiple streams of income.  Now I am not referring to owning many businesses and being involved in several MLM companies, although the idea would not hurt.

But rather, I am referring to having system in place in which your business infrastructure is designed to survive a change like this.  Whether your company’s compensation plan changes and you decide to stay, your company closes its doors, or even if you decide to leave, you must have an online marketing funnel.  This allows you to make money upfront regardless if your prospects join your business or not.  With this approach, you have better security in the event you need to make a move.

In addition, an online system or offline system that allows you to brand yourself and build a list database will definitely give you an unfair advantage over most network marketers.  You see, when a company makes a critical change or even closes down, distributors are left in the dark.  Even if some distributors stay after a compensation plan change, many will leave.  Attrition is part of the challenge of our great industry.  It’s not perfect, right?

However, smart marketers do not have as great of a challenge as ones that are not prepared.  Ask yourself this question: are you prepared to lose your primary business income? In keeping with the many stories that I hear in the amazing industry of Direct Sales and Network Marketing, I wanted to share something today that I was reminded of.   Many professionals or “so-called” professionals have adopted the act of “Fake It, Until You Make It.” Quite frankly, what they are missing is the story that they could use to build value in their credibility and integrity.   Too many times have people tried to use this method of building their business because they think that the claim to fame and success will be much faster.

In reality, many people can see right through their transparent approach.  However, some will fall victim to this old practice.  The most inspirational aspect of the Network Marketing industry are the amazing life changing stories, and master marketers, such as Jimmy Davis, have even created their business model around “My Story” marketing.  They have used their personal testimonials, stories, and experiences to attract the masses.  It has become their method of niche marketing.  So why would one think that lying or faking it is the better way to succeed in this industry.  It is because they are misled and blinded dollar signs.

Everyone wants something in this industry.  They want the time freedom; they want the lifestyle; they want financial freedom; or they love the social aspect of it.  In any case, there is a motivation for why they are in this industry.  So with all those great reasons to be in this awesome industry, the risk of losing your credibility by being unprofessional and “faking it” is just not worth it.  Technology is changing the face of our great industry.  It allows all of us to a whole new world of marketing strategies.

Unprofessionalism and untargeted marketing has caused some of the poor images of our industry, but I have good news.  Everyone has a choice to be professional and tactful in marketing.  They must offer solutions to people’s problems, and position their self as a leader.  And just because they are not successful YET, they do not have to fake it.  I say embrace it.  Tell the real story.  That is what people WANT to hear and read.   They want to know that they are not alone.

Many of our prospects NEED our industry and are looking for leaders.  They would rather find someone who is honest with integrity, and their story just might be the motivation and inspiration that they need to get started.  Believe me, I see it every day.  So my advice to everyone is SHARE your story.  Inspire and empower others to live with passion so that they can persevere through their struggles in life.  Your story can help them awake from the clutches of negativity and lack in self-confidence and belief within their selves.

There have been studies and much empirical evidence on the effect that goal setting has on particular groups of people. In most cases, groups that have written down their goals have far surpassed the opposite groups who have not written down their goals.

Many benefits come from writing down goals. To name a few, accountability, foresight, and commitment into your future desires have been enhanced and reinforced by simply putting them in writing. Some experts even note that writing down goals daily will just reinforce those wishes.

In looking at the specific process of writing goals, you should not simply list goals without looking into each of them critically and positively. Goals should be precise and broken down into increments. You should list your long term goals and your short term goals as far as breaking them down into daily goals.

First, start by being specific in each goal. Little detail in written goals may only hinder you as you will not key in on exactly what you want to accomplish in a given time frame. Then, make sure that each goal is practical. Many people have goals that are so impractical that the average person would never reach them in the short amount of time given for that goal. Allow yourself ample amount of time, but not too long of course.

Setting deadlines is critical because it keeps you on track. Whether you want to meet a sales deadline or finish a major project, setting a deadline and certain milestones in specific goals will ensure the most amount of accountability in your actions and results.

Next, make sure that you reward yourself once you have achieved your goals. Making it fun will keep you motivated as well and keep you going in the process because all work and no fun makes it pretty dull.

All goals should be positive statements. Never write negative statements that can inhibit you from accomplishing your goals. Your statements should be confident and definite, such as “I will complete this task by a such and such time,” or “I will make this amount of money in such and such time.” Doubt will only hinder you if not prevent you from achieving your goals.
